  <p>Information: Peter Tilden Hendricks, 92, of 160 Williams Ave., Ripley, died July 11, 1988, at home after a long illness.  He was a former sheriff of Boone County, serving two terms, the first from 1940 to 1944 and later from 1948 to 1952.  Surviving:  daughters, Mrs. June Peters and Mrs. Lou Goodwin, both of Ripley; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Maude, and a daughter, Mrs. Jean Hurley.  Service will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at First Presbyterian Church, Ripley, with the Rev. William McMorran officiating.  Burial will be in Jackson Memory Gardens, Cottageville.  Friends may call at the church one hour before the service.  Vail Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p>
