  <p>Information: Ruth Casto Helms, 67, of Dunwoody, Ga., died Sunday, April 10, 1988 at her residence after an extended illness.  She was born in Ripley, a daughter of the late Fredrick A. Casto and Leona Litlon Casto.  She was a member of the Brookhaven Christian Church, Atlanta, Order of Eastern Star, and the Daughters of the Nile and a graduate of Ripley High School.  She is survived by her husband, Walter A. Helms; two sons, W. David Helms of Washington D. C. and Robert Alan Helms of Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters, Billy Wortman of Lakewood, Fla., and Orza Lawson of Greenville, Tenn.; and four grandchildren.  Services were at the Brookhaven Christian Church, with the Rev. Harold C. Doster and the Rev. Janice Hume officiating.  Burial was in Arlington Memorial Park.  H. M. Patterson and Son Funeral Home, Atlanta, Ga., was in charge of arrangements.</p>
