  <p>Information: Eunice Bell Heilmann, 83, of Ripley, died Jan. 31, 1991, at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston after a long illness.  She was born in Calhoun County, a daughter of the late Samuel and Ona Stump Bell.  She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and the Ripley Woman&#39;s Club.  She is survived by two sons, James B. Heilmann, Jr. of Ripley, and Charles E. Heilmann of Huntington; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Jo McCoy of St. Petersburg, Fla.; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  Services were Saturday at Epworth United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Charles Echols officiating.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
