  <p>Information: Lorena V. Hedrick, 85, of Ripley WV, passed away February 18, 2013, while surrounded by her family.  She was born April 26, 1927 in Richwood WV, a daughter of the late Charles Edward and Lea Nora (Persinger) Young.  He husband, John Robert ""Jack"" Hedrick; sisters, Annabelle Asbury, Carol Sue Lowe, and Emma Lea Moore; and brothers, Frank Young, John Young, and Virgil Young, also preceded her in death.  She was the first manager for Dot Discount in Ripley, and later Cohen Drug, then Rite Aid.  She was an active member of the Jackson General Hospital Auxiliary for over 23 years, and was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church, Ripley.  She enjoyed crafts, and flower gardening.         Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Bill Garrett of Cottageville, and Jackie and Eric Denemark of Ripley; grandson, Allen R. Casto II; sisters, Margaret Jack of Alderson, Clara Edrington of Huntington and Betty Young of Richwood; and brothers, Charles Young of Paola KS and Edgar Young of Richwood.  Services are 7 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2013, at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans WV, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre and the Rev. Charles Hicks officiating.  Visitation will be from 5 pm until time of service.  Committal service will be 1 pm Saturday, February 23, 2013, at Mountain View Memorial Park, Richwood, with Pastor John Reed officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Jackson General Hospital Auxiliary, 122 Pinnell Street, Ripley WV 25271, or to ARF, Inc., P.
