  <p>Information: Mrs. Flora E. Haynes, 90, Petersburg, W.Va., died yesterday morning at her home. She was born in Jackson County, daughter of the late Charles S. and Susannah Best Wilcox, and was a member of the Independence Methodist Church at Sandyville. Her husband, Floyd Haynes, one son and four sisters, preceded her in death. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Van Meter Fisher, with whom she made her home; two sons, Roy E. Haynes, Ripley, and Russell Haynes of Lake Delton, Wis. There are 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild surviving. Services will be conducted at the Independence Methodist Church Wednesday at 2 p.m. with burial to be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Schaeffer Funeral Home at Petersburg, until two hours prior to the service, when the body will lie in state at the church.      	 </p>
