  <p>Information: Cindy Lynn Haynes, 19, Charleston, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, in General Division, CAMC, after a short illness. Surviving: mother Wanda Lee Nottingham of South Charleston; sisters, Linda Rojas of Port Clinton, Ohio, Janet Jackson, Brenda Bott and Rhonda Haynes, all of Charleston, Teresa Haynes of Athens; brothers, Robert Shinn and Eddie Haynes, both of Charleston, Steven Haynes and Denzil Shinn, both of Spring Hill, Dwayne Haynes of Sissonville, Howard Haynes of Ashland, Ohio. Service was Friday in Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Roy Burdette and the Rev. James Boggess officiating. Burial was in Brotherton Cemetery, Fisher Ridge, Jackson County.      	 </p>
