  <p>Information: Mrs. Hattie Mangus Hay, 78, of Sissonville Drive, died Friday at Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Surviving: daughters, Mary Smith of Elkview, Arnetta Painter and Rainell Painter, both of Sissonville; sons, Paul Hay of Nitro, Randall Hay of Sissonville, James Hay of Honolulu, Hawaii; brothers, Dare and Clive Mangus, both of Dunbar, Lowell Mangus of Cross Lanes; sisters, Hallie Taylor of Spencer, Goldie Lowe of Walton, Iva Roberts of Kentucky, Irma Wolfe of Kenna, Faye Vandale of Dunbar, Willadean Barnes of Arlington, Va.; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Service was Sunday at Sinnett Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Matthew Taylor officiating. Burial was in the Hay Family Cemetery at Cicerone, Roane County.      	 </p>
