Information: Roma Cleo Hatcher, 37, of Belgrove, was dead on arrival at a Charleston hospital shortly after seven o'clock Saturday evening from injuries received when his car went over an embankment into a hollow at Whittington Hill near Sissonville. State Police said they believed that Hatcher had been killed instantly and that indications were that he had been crowded off the highway by another motor vehicle. No other person was injured in the accident. Mr. Hatcher was employed the the Hugh Stewart Motor Company in Charleston. Survivors include his widow; a son, Roma Charles Hatcher; a brother, William E. Hatcher of Charleston; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John C. Hatcher of Belgrove; four sisters, Mrs. Esta Crihfield and Mrs. Dessie Casto of Belgrove, Mrs. Edna Gordon of St. Albans and Mrs. Gay Parsons of Morgantown. The funeral service was held at the Goshen Church at Kentuck on Monday afternoon with Rev. Hobson D. Fisher officiating and burial was in the church cemetery. (McIntyre)
