  <p>Information: Okey J. Hatcher, 71, of Springfield Township, Ohio, died April 4, 1994, after a brief illness.  He was born in Kenna and lived in the Akron area most of his life.  Mr. Hatcher retired in 1979 from Babcock & Wilcox after 32 years&#39; service.  He was a U. S. Navy veteran of WWII serving in the Pacific, and attended Greensburg Temple Baptist Church.  Surviving:  wife, Corda; sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Connie of Ripley, Richard and Karen of Evans, and Jerry and Wendy of Springfield Township; step-daughter, Connie Duncan of Akron; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Uriah of Ripley, Oliver of Parkersburg, Oval of Maryland and Ralph of Norton, OH; sister, Freeda Halstead of Ripley.  Funeral services will be at Parsons Funeral Home today (Wednesday) at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery.</p>
