  <p>Information: Howard Hatcher, 78, of Route 2, Bidwell, Ohio, (Harrisburg Community), died Thursday, Oct. 25, 1990, at his residence.  He was born July 7, 1912 in Kentuck, son of the late Roscoe N. and Icy Bell Williams Hatcher.  He was a retired carpenter and dairy farmer, a member of the Carpenters Local 650, Pomeroy, Ohio, and attended the Harrisburg Baptist Church.  He is survived by his wife, Masel O. Casto Hatcher, whom he married Nov. 17, 1934 in Ripley.  Also surviving are two sons, William (Bill) Hatcher of Route 2, Bidwell and Robert Hatcher of Grove City, Ohio; one brother, Wayne Hatcher of Ripley; one sister, Mrs. Eloise Hopkins of Eldkart, Ind.; and four grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.  Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, Ohio with Rev. Ronnie Lemley and Rev. Alfred Holley officiating.  Burial was in the Vinton Memorial Park.</p>
