Information:      Clement Clyde Hatcher, 75, of Kenna, died Friday, December 10, 1982, in Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.      He was retired from the Jackson County School system after 43 years as a principal and teacher.  He was a member of Stone Lick Community Church.      Surviving:  wife, Inez Gaye; sons, Clyde J. and James M., both of Kenna, J.T. of Cottageville, Wendell L. of Belpre, Ohio; daughters, Mrs. Jean McConnell of Memphis, Tenn., Mrs. Janet Denton of Hendersonville, Tenn.; brother, Burl of Charleston; sisters, Mrs. Phyllis Winter of Belle, Mrs. Elaine Judge of Florida, Mrs. Betty Hutchinson of Texas; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.      Service was Sunday, December 12, in Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Charles Cavender officiating.  Burial was in Stone Lick Cemetery, Kenna.
