  <p>Information: Oshel G. Barnett, 65, of Dunbar went home to be with the Lord March 17, 2004, after an extended illness.  He was born Feb 14, 1939, in Rock Castle, Jackson County, a son of Mae Barnett and the late Gay Barnett.  He was proceeded in death by a brother, James Barnett.  He retired from Allstate Delivery.  In addition to this mother, Mr. Barnett is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Wandling Barnett; daughters and son-in-law, Janet M. and Todd Chevalier, Kimberly E. and Randy Rowley; son and daughter-in-law, Oshel Scott and Susan Barnett, sisters, Ilene Casto and Mary McClanahan, both of Dunbar; and grandchildren, Andrew and Sutton Rowley, Jordan and Tyler Chevalier and Madeline Barnett.   Services at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.  Burial at Haven of Rest Memorial Gardens, Red House.      	 </p>
