  <p>Information: Ruth M. Hartley, 99, of Morgantown Health Care Center, died Friday, March 6, 1987, at West Virginia University Hospital. Born April 1, 1887, near Chambersburg, Pa., a daughter of the late Amos and Susan Embach Miller, she was the oldest living member of the Drummond Chapel United Methodist Church. She is survived by two sons, Charles H. Hartley Jr. of Packwood, Wash., and Robert L. Hartley of Morgantown; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Henry Hartley in 1961, and by her daughter, Marjorie Louise Hartley in 1939. Friends may call at Hastings Funeral Home from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m., today (Wednesday). Services will be held at the funeral home 10 a.m. Thursday, March 12, with the Rev. Daniel B. Johnson and the Rev. Joseph C. Gluck officiating. Interment will follow in Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.      	 </p>
