  <p>Information: Miss Lucy Hartley, 95, of Route 1, Reedy, Roane County, formerly of Cottageville, died Sunday in Beverly Health Care Center, Glasgow, W.Va. After a long illness. She was born in Cottageville, a daughter of the late Henry T. and Laura Fenimore Hartley. She was a homemaker and a member of Beech Grove United Methodist Church at Reedy. She is survived by three sisters, Edna Stahlman of Reedy, Grace Carlson of Barberton, Ohio, and Iva Lloyd of Tiffin, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating. Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville. Friends may call after 2 pm. Today at the funeral.      	 </p>
