  <p>Information: Harry E. Hartley, 69, of Ripley, died Monday in General Division, after a short illness. He was a retired laborer. Surviving: sons, Rector of Sandyville, Dean of Grantsville, Everett Dale of  	  		Morgantown, N.C.; daughters, Mrs. Wanda Butts of Gay, Mrs. Margie Postlewaite of Parkersburg, Mrs. Wilma Mowrey of St. Petersburg, Fla., Mrs. Penny Hermsdorfer of Greencastle, Pa.; brothers, Orville of Liverpool, Orland of Sandyville; 19 grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Service will be 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) in Liverpool United Methodist Church with the Rev. William Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in Liverpool Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, is in charge of arrangements.      	 </p>
