  <p>Information: Carroll R. Hart, 99, of 603 Ashton St., Ravenswood, died Thursday, Dec. 7, 1989, in Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  He was born in Mason County, a son of the late Henry M. and Anna Smith Hart.  He was a Protestant and was retired from the B & O Railroad with 41 years&#39; service.  Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Wilma H. Ginther of Ravenswood; one grandson, Andy Ginther of South Charleston and one nephew, Robert Roush of Mason County.  Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home with the Rev. James Cunningham officiating.  Burial will be in the Ravenswood Cemetery.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Funeral Home.</p>
