  <p>Information: Winford W. ""Wimpey"" Harrison, 85, of Red House, Putnam County, died Dec. 5, 1988, in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  He was retired from the Putnam County Board of Education.  He was a member of the United Methodist Church.  Surviving:  wife, Ruth Persinger Harrison; daughters, Pauline Rollins of Winfield, Doris Null of Lima, Ohio, Joyce Frame of Wellston, Ohio; son, Herbert of Woodbridge, Va.; sister, Neniah Hill of Kenna; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Gatens Funeral Home, Poca, with the Rev. Beatrice Burgess and the Rev. W. David Lett officiating.  Burial will be in Wade Chapel Cemetery, Red House.  Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.</p>
