  <p>Information: Shirley Austin Harrison, 78, of Fairplain, died Monday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley. He was a retired farmer and was a former employee of Libbey-Owens Glass plant. Harrison was a member of Fairplain United Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, Amy Harrison; sons, John of Dunbar, Elwood of Connecticut, Jack of Virginia; daughter, Mrs. Felis Skeen of Nitro; stepson, Leslie Smith of Parkersburg; brothers, Shady of Pocatalico, Donald of Charleston, sisters, Mrs. Virginia Boggess of Goldtown, Mrs. Lexie Monk of Sissonville, Mrs. Vivian Fisher and Mrs. Hope Burdette, both of Charleston; several grandchildren. Services will be held today at 11 a.m. in Fairplain United Methodist Church with the Rev. D.C. Guthrie and the Rev. Charles Scraggs officiating. Burial will be in Koontz Cemetery.      	 </p>
