  <p>Information: Ray O. Harrison, 78, of Parkersburg, died April 8, 1989, at the Parkview Health Care Center, Parkersburg.  He was born at Given, a son of the late O. B. and Dora Parsons Harrison.  He was a member of the South Parkersburg United Methodist Church.  He was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II.  He was retired from Challenger Electronics (Union Insulating Co.)  He is survived by his wife, Helen C. Fisher Harrison; two sons, David D. Harrison of Pittsfield, Mass., Keith Harrison of Marietta; one daughter, Patty Stuart of Parkersburg; one brother, Everett Harrison of Pocatalico; one sister, Minerva Stalnaker of Given; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by one son, five brothers and one sister.  Services were Monday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Bill Angel and the Rev. G. William Wolford officiating.  Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery North.</p>
