  <p>Information: Noah Addison Harrison, 73, of Tampa, Fla., formerly of Ripley, died April 29 in a Tampa hospital after a short illness.  He was a retired crane operator at South Charleston, W. Va. Ordance Plant. A veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Disabled American Veterans.  He was a Baptist.  Surviving:  wife, Phyllis; sons, Larry of St. Albans, John T. and David, both of Louisville, Ky; daughters, Mrs. Lucy Howerton of Ripley, Mrs. Joan Griffith of Tampa; sister, Mrs. Templeton Martin of St. Albans; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.  Service was Sunday in Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, with the Rev. Paul DeBord officiating.  Burial was in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.</p>
