Information:   Herman Milton Harrison, 63, of Fairfax Gardens, Ripley, died Tuesday at Jackson General Hospital after an extended illness.   Born Nov. 8, 1920, he was the son of the late Cleavburn Harrison and Dess (Harris) Harrison.   Survivors include his wife, Juretta Harrison of Ripley; son, Herschel Harrison of Barboursville; stepson, Terry Harris of Kenna; one sister Ada Carney, Kenna; and one grandson, Toby Harrison of Kenna.   Services will be Thursday, 2 p.m., at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley.  Burial will be at Harrison Cemetery, Spicewood, Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today (Wednesday
