  <p>Information: Frank B. Harrison, 82, of Ripley, died Aug. 10, 1996, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.  He was born in Sacramento, Calif., a son of the late Frank and Sara Karr Harrison.  He retired from the U.S. Army, having been a veteran of World War II and Korea.  He was a graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg and also worked for the West Viginia Department of Natural Resources.  He was a former dispatcher for the Jackson County Sheriff""s Department and an investigator for the Jackson County Prosecutor&#39;s Office.  He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church,Ripley.  Surviving are one son, Timothy Harrison of Milford MA; two daughters, Kathleen Sayre, Hurricane, and Lura Fielding of Birmingham AL; 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Bettie Winona Harrison in May 1996.  Services were held Tuesday at Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Krimmel officiating. Burial in Fairplain Cemetery.</p>
