Information: Estel Wade Harrison, 72, of Gainesville, Fla. Died Sunday. He was born at Given, a son of the late Obidiah and Dora Parsons Harrison. He was graduated from Ripley High School and the University of Florida at Gainesville and was a retired school teacher. Surviving are his wife, Agnes Claudine Harrison; three brothers, Otho C. of Ripley, Everett of Sissonville, and Ray O. of Parkersburg; a sister, Mrs. Minerva Stalnaker of Given; a half-sister, Mrs. Hattie A. Waugh of Columbus, Ohio. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at Johnson-Hays Funeral Home Chapel in Gainesville. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery there.
