Information: YOUTH DIES Charles Barnett, eight year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Archie Barnett of Given died Wednesday morning at 2 o'clock.  The mother is very ill and a small sister has scarlet fever.  The child was taken very suddenly with what may have been ptomaine poison and scarlet fever.  He was playing as late as the evening before his death.  Burial today in Parsons Cemetery.  (Given Cemetery)   George Charles Barnett, son of Arch and Marvella Barnett, was born November 24, 1926 and departed this life February 21, 1934, age 7years, 2 months and 27 days.  He levaves to mourn his loss his father and mother and one sister and one brother, Isabel and Oshel Lee; his grandparents, Mr. and Mr. J. B. Barnett, one uncle and three aunts, Clora Parsons, Edith Brotherton, Lola Barnett and Della Barnett, all of Given; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. M. V. Clinton; four aunts and one uncle, Freda, Sylvia, Pearl, Suda and Harley Clinton, all of Given and a host of friends.    It was sad to give up our son, but it was God's will to take him.  We have hopes to meet him on that great day when parting comes no more.  It is our loss but heaven's gain.
