  <p>Information: WINFIELD--Charles O. Harrison, 65, of Winfield died Dec. 14, 1993, at home after a long illness.  He was a retired pipe fitter for Union Carbide, Institute, a member of Teays Valley Presbyterian Church, Scott Depot, and an Army veteran of the Korean War.  Surviving: wife, Joyce Ann Vessey; daughter, Tina Haynes of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; sons, Terry Harrison, with the Army stationed in New York, Tim Harrison of Lewisburg, Tenn.; Brandon Vessey at home; brother, Warren of Given; sisters, Marie Casto of Ripley, Orvalee Wines of Ripley; two grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Teays Valley Presbyterian Church with the Rev. J. D. Harrah officiating.  The body will be cremated.  Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Chapman Funeral Home, Teays Valley.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Teays Valley Presbyterian Church, Scott Depot.</p>
