Information: Paul Brown ""P. B."" Harris, 68, of 1012 Sycamore St., Ravenswood, died Tuesday at Camden-Clark Hospital in Parkersburg, following an extended illness. He was born Dec. 9, 1921 in Jackson County, a son of the late Paul B. and Rachel Brown Harris. He was a graduate of Ravenswood High School in 1940 and attended West Virginia University. He was a produce dealer in Ravenswood for 23 years, and a owner and operator of Western Auto Store in Ravenswood for 12 years. He was a member and past elder of the First Presbyterian Church in Ravenswood. He served as a pharmacist's mate in the U. S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of Ashton Lodge #12, AF & AM, was active in the Ravenswood Volunteer Fire Department, was a past commander of VFW Post 6669 of Ravenswood and was a member of the Nemesis Shrine of Parkersburg. Survivors include: wife, Jo Ann; daughters, Judith Walker of Bedford, Va and Linda Reynolds of Murraysville; stepdaughters, Kim Garnes of Evans and Cindy Bragg of Ravenswood; stepson, Jeff Maddox of Austin, TX; sister Nell Burrough of Tappahonock, VA; and five stepgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Freida Milhoan Harris. There will be no visitation. *A memorial service was held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Wallace Wilson officiating.
