  <p>Information:      Milford Claudie Harris 83, of Ripley, died November 11, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a brief illness.         He was born in Belgrove, a son of the late George and Jane Good Harris.  He had retired from the West Virginia Department of Highways, and attended the Ripley Tabernacle Church.          Surviving are one son, Donald Harrison of the home; one daughter, Wanda Hersman of Newark, Ohio; and three grandchildren.         He was preceded in death by his wife, Ollie Parsons Harris, in 1988.         Services are 11 a.m. Monday, November 14, at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, the Rev. Robert Hodges officiating.  Burial in Fairplain Cemetery.     </p>
