  <p>Information: Mrs. Lillian Louise Kennedy Harris, age 91 of Charleston, died Monday, December 27, 1999 in Myrtle Beach, S. C.  She was born December 12, 1908 in Longacre, WV the third child of Minnie Dove Faber and Edward Joseph Kennedy.  She and her husband, James Lowell ""Buck"" Harris, married in 1928 and founded their business, Harris Brothers Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. in 1936 with one used truck.  Afters Buck&#39;s death in 1951 at age 47, Lillian assumed responsibility for the business as well as for their three daughters, two in their teens and one aged 14 months.  Harris Brothers grew into one of the largest roofing companies in the tri-state area.  All three daughters graduated from college.  Lillian was one of a handful of women in her generation to be president and owner of a large company and in such an unlikely profession.  Failing health forced her retirement at age 83.  Family members, including one grandson, continue to operate the business.  She is survivied by three daughters;  Patricia Harris Holcomb of Charleston, Doris Harris Warlick of Austin, TX and Teresa Susan Harris Weible of Myrtle Beach, SC; five grandchildren, Jane Holcomb Tezza, Jay Marshall Holcomb, Charles Henry Warlick, Jr., Kennedy Harris Weible, and Rebecca Jane Weible, and three great-grandchildren.  Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 30, 1999 in Mountain View Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Rebelo officiating.  There will be no visitation.  Bartlett Burdette Cox Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p>
