Information: FORMER STORE OWNER CLAIMED - Mrs. Freda Milhoan Harris, former co-owner and operator of Western Auto Store in Ravenswood, died Sunday in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, following an extended illness.  Mrs. Harris, 49, of 507 Sycamore St., Ravenswood, was born in Jackson County, a daughter of Mrs. Artie Reed Milhoan of Murraysville and the late Harley Milhoan.      A ruling elder of First United Presyterian Church in Ravenswood, she was past worthy matron of R. Douglas Chapter 15, OES and past president of VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 6669.  She also was a member of the Order of Ladies Oriental Shrine of Parkersburg and the Jackson County Shrinettes.   She had been a recipient of the Grand Cross of Color award for distinguished service from the Order of Rainbow for Girls.      Other survivors include her husband, Paul B. Harris; two daughters, Judy Harris of Bedford, Va. and Linda, at home; and three brothers, Orville Milhoan of Worthington, O., Gerald Milhoan of Ravenswood and Carl Milhoan of Belleville.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at First United Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Ronald Stoner officiating.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Chambers Funeral Home, Ravenswood, is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the church building fund.
