  <p>Information: S. Wayne Harpold, 82, of Charleston , died June 16, 1996 after a long illness.  He was a milk inspector for Milk Marketing, Inc. and a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.  Surviving:  daughter, Norma Ciccarello of Charleston; sisters, Velma Seymour of Dunbar, Bernice Fisher of Charleston, Phyllis Harpold of Berkeley, Calif., Eunice Fisher of Plainsboro, N. J.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Jim McGee officiating.  Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery, Fairplain.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at J. E. Johnson Funeral Home, Kanawha City.</p>
