  <p>Information: Paulette G. Harper, 70, formerly of Ripley, died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 1995, at her daughter&#39;s home following a long illness.  She was born March 25, 1925, in Grand Couronne, France.  She was a housewife and a member of the Catholic Church.  Surviving:  husband, Lester B. Harper, of Ripley; son, Jack Lester Harper of Nitro; daughters, Betty Lee M. Hayes of Gay, Suzlanne Ester Slater of SC; brothers, Jean Danel and Jocques Danel, both of France; sister, Jinette Maria Jeandeau, also of France; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Services at Parsons Funeral Home, Thursday (tomorrow), Nov. 30, at 11 a.m.  Burial in Fairplain Cemetery.  Visitation from 6 - 9 p.m. Wednesday at Parsons Funeral Home.</p>
