  <p>Information: DR. O. M. HARPER ACCIDENT VICTIM - Dr. O. M. Harper, 78, of Clendenin, widely known physician, died Saturday morning when his car ran off W. Va. 4 and plunged into the Elk River at about 7 a.m.  He was the brother of Mrs. Ava Poling of Kentuck and Freda Mays of Ravenswood.  A practicing physician at Clendenin, he was enroute to his office when the accident occurred.  It is believed his vehicle skidded on ice on the highway.  Other survivors include his wife, Ruth; brothers, Dr. C. A. Harper, Zephyr Hills, Fla., Thomas Harper, Harmony, Russell Harper, Gandeeville; sister, Mrs. Hazel Bohn, Willard, Ohio.  Funeral services were held Monday at Harper Memorial Church, near Gandeeville, with burial in the church cemetery.   </p>
