  <p>Information: The Rev. Noble Harper, 82, of Ripley, died April 12, 1991, at Care Inn, Ripley, after a long illness.  He was a retired Baptist minister and retired from Cabot Gas Co.  He was a former employee of Jackson County Board of Education.  Surviving:  wife, Ora; sons, Jarret of Ohio, Roy of Ripley; daughters, Wilma Fisher of Given, Eva Kessell of Ripley; brother, Walter of Walton; sisters, Freda Cunningham of Walton, Ruth Ashley of Clendenin, Lucille Mumper of Export, Pa., Effie Swiney, Elizabeth Aab and Rebecca Harris, all of Elkview; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  Service was Sunday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Clyde Syner officiating.  Burial was in Goshen Cemetery, Kenna.</p>
