  <p>Information: Garnet Beatrice ""Bea"" Harper, 87, of Clarksville, TN, formerly of Evans, WV, passed away October 27, 2013, in Clarksville.  She was born July 8, 1926, in Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Delbert Rance and Lakie Ava (Pritt) Matthews.  Her husband, Darrell Wayne Harper, also preceded her in death.  She was a homemaker and a Baptist.  Survivors include her daughters, Aprile (Rick) Cacal of Clarksville, TN, and Deborah (Tom) Buchanan of Barberton, OH, brother, Gary Pritt, sisters, Ava Carney, Estelle Brown and Wilma Asbury, grandchildren, Rodney W. Cacal and Nicole Meyer, and a special niece, Sandra Walker of Ripley.  Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2013, at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans, WV, with the Rev. Roger Vannoy officiating.  Burial will follow in the Fairplain Cemetery, Ripley.
