  <p>Information: Clyde G. Harper 70 of Belle, died Wednesday, March 11, 987, in Putnam Health Care Center after a short illness.  He was the brother of Lewis Harper of Ripley.  He was retired operator for DuPont with 40 years of service and was a member of the Judson Baptist Church.  He had lived most of his life in Kanawha County.  Also surviving:  wife, Evelyn; sons, Wayne of Hurricane, Carl of Fort Lauderdale, FL; brothers, Lawrence of Clarington, PA, Roy of Walton, James of Weston, Wayne of Costa; sisters, Anna Taylor of Spencer, Garnett Cottrell of Stockport, Ohio; six grandchildren.  Service was Friday at Frame Funeral Home Belle, with the Rev. Jeff Meadows and the Rev. Ralph E. Wheeler Jr. officiating.  Burial was in Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney.</p>
