  <p>Information: Charles E. Harmon ..Retired Builder         Charles Ernest Harmon, 73, of Rt. 1, Parkersburg, died Friday afternoon at Camden-Clark Hospital in Parkersburg.    He was born in Jackson Coun­ty, a son of the late Charles and Clara Whited Harmon. He was a retired builder and was a member of the Miracle Tabernacle in Belpre, O.    He is survived by two sons, E. Cliff of Mineral Wells and Darrell of Valley Mills Road, Parkersburg; two daughters, Mrs. Clara B. Watson and Miss Gladys Harmon, both of Parkersburg; three sisters, Mrs. Stella Stewart of Parkersburg, Mrs. Jane Casto of Rockport and Mrs. Febe Cunn­ingham of Ripley; eight grand­children; and three great grand­children.    He was preceded in death by two wives, Mrs. Hattie Snider Harmon and Mrs. Gladys Dorman Harmon.        </p>
