  <p>Information: Okey Harlow    Okey ""Mang"" Harlow, 61, of Parkersburg, died Sunday in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.    He was bom in Wood County, a son of the late Earl and Eva Walters Harlow. He was in the U.S. Navy serving in World War II and had been employed by Elkem Metals for the past 33 years.    He is survived by his wife, Mary Isner Harlow; three sons, David Harlow and Allen Harlow, both of Parkersburg, and Robert Harlow of Cape Canaveral, Fla.; two daughters, Rozellia Murray of Sandyville and Doris Anthony of Parkersburg; two brothers, Harold Harlow of New Philadelphia, Ohio, and Albert Harlow of Parkersburg; five grandchildren.    He was preceded in death by one brother.    Services will be held Thursday, 2:30 p.m., at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Connie Dickens officiating. Entombment will be in Chapel of Peace Mausoleum in Sunset Memory Gardens.       </p>
