  <p>Information: SANDYVILLE MAN, 24, DIES ON MONDAY - Ralph Edward Hardesty, 24, of Sandyville, died Monday at his home after a long illness.  He was born in Jackson county May 24, 1940, a son of Lloyd and Pauline Williams Hardesty, who survive.  Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Dottie Rogers, Sandyville; two brothers, Donald Hardesty, Parkersburg,  and Roger Hardesty, Sandyville, and the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Erma Hardesty, Sandyville.  Funeral services will be conducted today (Wednesday) at the Chambers funeral home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Clarence Winkler officiating.  Burial will be in the Independence cemetery at Sandyville.</p>
