  <p>Information: Wilbert Forrest Barnard, 77, of Ravenswood, died Monday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, following an extended illness.  He was born in Uniontown, W.Va., a son of the late C.F. and Retta M. Barnard.  He was a Protestant and a retired coal miner.  He is survived by two daughters, Dolly Ingram of Ravenswood and Grace Right of Baltimore, Md.; two brothers, Harold Barnard of Chicago, Ill., and Charles Barnard Jr. of Ambridge, Pa.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Services will be at 1 p.m., Thursday at the Swisher Hill Union Mission Church with the Rev. Virgil Dean officiating. Burial will be in Yost Cemetery, Burton, W. Va.  Friends may call at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, 2  9 p.m., Wednesday and two hours prior to services at the church.</p>
