  <p>Information:      Desman Clive Harbin, 71, of Sandyville, died at Camden-Clark Me­morial Hospital, Thursday.    He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Alvia and Mary Effie Barnett Harbin. He worked at 0. Ames for nine years, at Winans for one year, was a farmer, and worked the Jim Sprague Furnace Cleaners.    He is survived by his wife, Jessie L. Burton Harbin; three daughters, Mrs. Albert (Maxine) Roach of Waverly. Mrs, Wayne (Janet) Ar­cher of Sandyville, and Mrs. Connie DeVaughn of Palestine; two sisters, Edith McFaden of Butler, Ohio, Sylvia Barnett of Sandyville; one brother. Carl Harbin of Sandyville; 15 grandchildren; six great-grand­children.    He was preceded in death by one daughter; one son; and one brother.    Services were Monday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. William Anderson officiating. Burial was in Sunset    Memory Gardens.     </p>
