  <p>Information: Charles A. Hannah, 82, of Parkersburg, died Thursday, Dec. 7, 1995, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.  He was born in Duncan, a son of the late Archie Lewis and Nancy Caroline Leeper Hannah.  He retired from FMC after 39 years of service and was a U. S. Navy veteran, having served in World War II aboard the USS San Jacinto.  Surviving:  son, Charles J. Hannah of Little Hocking; grandsons, C. Jason Hannah and Chad J. Hannah, both of Cairo; sister, Bertha Morgan of Vienna, several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by five brothers, Robert ""Bob"" Hannah, Raymond ""Ray"" Hannah, Harlan ""Pete"" Hannah, Urshel L. ""Buck"" Hannah and his twin brother, James ""Jim"" Hannah and one sister, Ora K. Bennett.  Services were Monday at Franklin Funeral Home, Parkersburg, Rev. Harlan Hodge officiating.  Burial at Evergreen South Cemetery.</p>
