Information: Mrs. Delia F. Hammond, 81, died at 6:30 p.m. yesterday at her home, 920 Lynn St.  She was the widow of Herbert S. Hammond.  Born Oct. 20, 1879, in Jackson county, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dave Nolan.  She had lived in Parkersburg since 1900.  She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Romain Foutty, Elizabeth, Mrs. Isadeen Miller, at home, Mrs. Bayream Hillard, Mrs. Beatrice Reed and Mrs. Pauline Baxter, Parkersburg; three sons, Clark Hammond, at home, Raymond and Kenneth Hammond, Parkersburg.  Also surviving are 21 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
