  <p>Information:      Shirley Lee Hammack, 88, of Kenna went to be with his Lord and wife on Tuesday, July 12, 2005, at CAMC General.  He was born April 17, 1917, at Kenna, the son  of the late Herman and Icie Fisher Hammack.  He was preceded in death by hi wife, Mildred Irene andhis only son, Frederick L. Hammack.  Mr. Hammack had been a head pastor at 11 churches.  He gave his first sermon at Fisher Memorial Church in Goldtown on March 17, 1957.  He was recently honored as Pastor Emeritus of Fisher Memorial Church.  Survivors include three daughters and their husbands, Phyllis and Don Smith of Crossville, Tenn., Dora and Donnie Parsons of Leroy and Betty and James ""Ham"" Hamilton of Red House; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.  Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, July 14, at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with the Rev. Jerry Bonnett and the Rev. Paul Arthur officiating.  Entombment will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories Mausoleum, Sissonville.  Visitation wil  be four hours prior to the service at the funeral home.</p>
