  <p>Information: Ruth Marie Barclay, 86, of Waverly, died Monday morning at the home of her son, Glenn Leroy Barclay in Waverly.  Mrs. Barclay was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Swain and May Maddox Lemley.  She was a member of the Crossroads United Methodist Church.  Surviving, besides the son with whom she resided, are a son, Elmo Duward of Waverly; a brother, Leslie Lemley of Belpre; two sisters, Grace Parker of Little Hocking and Jessie Schultz of New England, WV; two granddaughters, Ann Marie and Vicki Lynn Barclay.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmo Dudley Barclay, in 1949; four sisters, two brothers, one half sister and two half brothers.  Services will be today (Wednesday) 3:30 p.m., Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with the Rev. Earl Perkins officiating.  Burial will be in Bethel Presbyterian Church.  Friends may call at the funeral home until time of the service today (Wednesday).   </p>
