  <p>Information: Mamie Florence Hammack, 87, of Panama City, Fla., formerly of Ripley, died Oct. 31, 1992, at Glenn Cove Nursing Home following an extended illness.  She was a daughter of the late Ben and Mary Kaiser Skeen.  She was a Protestant.  Surviving are her husband, Henry Cecil Hammack, two sons, Ralph Hammack of Panama City, Fla., and Rammond Hammack of St. Albans, W. Va.; two daughters, Wilma White of Tullos, La., and Wanda Thacker of Milton, Fla.; two brothers, Ben Skeen of Winfield, W. Va. and Raymond Skeen of Cottageville; three sisters, Millie Spencer of Atlanta, Ga., Mable Gibson of Charleston, and Marie Skeen of Evans; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.  Services were Monday at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans, the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial was in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.</p>
