  <p>Information: Frederick L. Hammack, 61, of Sissonville died Dec. 2, 1999, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after an apparent heart attack.  He was a retired crane operator from Ravenswood Aluminum and a member of Cross Lanes Baptist Church.  Surviving:  wife, Phylllis E. Hammack; daughters, Angie Wiseman of Pinch, Teresa Backus of Raleigh; sons Jeff and Freddy Hammack, both of Spencer; stepsons, Randy Keller of Cross Lanes, Stan Keller of Sissonville; parents, Shirley Lee and Irene Comer Hammack of Kenna; sisters, Phyllis Parker of Fairplain, Betty Hamilton of Red House, Dora Parsons of Liverpool; nine grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville, with the Rev. Kent Spann, the Rev. David Smith and the Rev. Jerry Bonnett officiating.  Burial will be in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
