  <p>Information: MARIETTA, OHIO - Herman Casto Hambrick, 86, of Marietta, died Jan. 31, 1998, in Marietta Memorial Hospital.  He was a graduate of Charleston (W. Va.) High School and received a bachelor&#39;s degree from New River State College and a master&#39;s degree from Marshall University.  He was retired from Kanawha County (W. Va.) schools with 41 years&#39; service, during which he served as a teacher, principal, administrator and assistant superintendent.  After his retirement, he was associated with the West Virginia Department of Education and served as a lobbyist for the West Virginia Legislature.  He was a member of Emanuel Baptist Church, Charleston, where he taught the Christian Couples Class for 25 years.  He was a member of Kappan Honorary Society and Kiwanis Club, Charleston.  Surviving:  son, Herman Hambrick II of Marietta; sister, Nadine Smith of Daytona Beach, Fla.; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home, Charleston.  Burial will be in Grasslick Cemetery, Kenna, W. Va.  Friends may call three hours prior to service at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to a church of one&#39;s choice.</p>
