  <p>Information: Mrs. Minnie Lockhart Barber, 82, of Jacksonville, Fla., died Saturday, July 13, 1974 in a Florida hospital after a short illness.  She was born in Jackson County on October 8, 1891, the daughter of Lemuel and Elizabeth Myers Lockhart.  Most of her life was spent in Florida  Surviving are three brothers, Weaver Lockhart, Charleston, Charlie Lockhart of Hayward, Wisc., Eugene Lockhart of North Dakota; three sisters, Mrs. Clara Fevold of Waterford, California, Mrs. Anna Teachout of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Mrs. Blanch Welsch of New Ellington, South Carolina.  Funeral service was held in the Rivermead Funeral Home, Orange Park, Florida, on Tuesday the 16th.  Burial was at Jacksonville, Florida.</p>
