  <p>Information: Bittle Clarence Halstead, 77, of Peytona, Boone County, died Sunday of injuries as the result of an automobile accident.  The brother of Johnny Halstead of Sandyville, he was a veteran of World War II and a retired miner.  Also surviving: wife, Jacqueline; sons, Leroy, Larry, and Glenn, all at home, Leon of Peytona; daughters, Pearlie Mae White, Sandra Gail Gillenwater and Linda Thompson, all of Peytona, Ellen Sue McComas of Danville, Debbie Lynn Workman of Seth, Wendy Schultz of Comfort, Penny Halstead at home; brothers, Raymond of Peytona, Thearn of Seth, Cecil of Petroleum; sister, Lottie McCallister of Webster, Fla.; 17 grandchildren.  Burial in Harless Cemetery, Dawdy.</p>
