  <p>Information:      William O. Hall, 78, of Ripley died Sunday, May 1, 1994, at Jackson General Hospital.    He was born Jan. 30, 1916, in Jackson County, son of the lale Adley and Jessie Harpold Hall. He was a World War II veteran and was retired from Owens-Illinois Glass, Circleville, Ohio.    Surviving: wife, Buddie; sons, William of Harrisonburg, VA, Larry and Gary of Ripley; brother, James ""Bus"" of Ripley; sisters, Gay Casto of Charleston and Betty Webb of Ripley; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Woodrow, Harold and Wade.    A private family memorial service will be held today (Wednesday) at 1 p.m. at their home, with Rev. Charles Echols officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made either to the Ripley High School Alumni Association or Epworih United Methodist Church.</p>
